Job Description :
GET(Graduate Engineering Training)
Defines, revises, and maintains criteria for evaluating the appropriateness of access requests for client specific applications.
Reviews and determines accuracy, authorization, and appropriateness of client application access requests.
Delivers critical services in a helpful, friendly, and meaningful way to customers (internal & external) having defined SLAs.
Operates in a mission critical team environment where positive and effective communication is crucial to the success of the business.
Reviews and processes, as appropriate, tickets assigned. Updates and closes tickets as appropriate.
Remains accountable for end-to-end processing of requests and servicing customer escalations regarding same.
Supports leadership by communicating potential risks.
Ensures all audit and compliance requirements and standards are maintained and satisfied at all times.
Receives ticket for Profile Changes / Modifications and completes processing and ensures compliance.
Process and Delivers New Hire, Transfers & Term Access requirements. Responsible for Grant/terminate application system access using standard operation procedures across clients. Concentrate on handoffs when access requests span internal or external client teams.
Participates in monthly, quarterly and internal annual audit reviews, compliance and QA for logical application security administration.
Manages application tracking database exception reporting and validates compliance.
Manages application access logs, User Lists, Access Levels, and Terms. Manages all exceptions reporting and validates compliance.
Supports leadership by documenting processes and application specific considerations.
Interacts with the global security management team to effect positive stakeholder engagement and business need support
